What is the working environment like?

The John West office is in a beautiful location. It provides a bright and pleasant environment to work in and the people within the business are very friendly with a family like feel.

Tell us about your role as Mental Health Champion?

Within my role as a Mental Health Champion I have learnt so much about how to help/support colleagues and myself deal with situations that may seem overwhelming to us inside and out of the office. I was keen to take on this role as Mental Health can effect everyone and just knowing that someone in the office is there for you when you need it is very important. Even if its just going for a walk, pointing people towards our free healthcare benefits or just listening whilst you have a moan.
